Terms and Conditions

Seasonal flowers are subject to availability.  Similar varieties may be substituted to offer a timely solution to any unforeseen problems that may arise. Attempts to contact the customer will be sort before applying florist discretion.

A deposit of $50 is required to secure a booking for special events and weddings.  Full payment must be made (3) weeks prior to date of pick up or delivery.

A $20 cancellation fee or redirection charge may apply to orders redelivered to a secondary location.

Helium hire is available with a refundable $150 on return of helium cylinder.

Amore Fiori Florist recommends calling for a prompt response. Please note that email replies may take up to 7 days depending on time specifics. 

Photos submitted to Amore Fiori Florist to share special occasions are valued and may remain as intellectual property for business interest, promotions and marketing, unless otherwise advised at the time of submission.

Please make contact if you are unsure of care instructions for products. In particular, fresh flowers should last at least five days.

• Generally, flower varieties wilter at different rates. Therefore, spent blooms should be removed and disposed.
  
  
• For Bouquets clean vase at least every two days, replacing freshly cut flower and foliage stems into fresh water.
  
  
• Flowers placed in foam are low maintenance and require water to be in line with top of foam at all times.

Importantly, flowers do not take well to direct sunlight, air conditioning, wind or cigarette smoke. To prolong flower life, these precautions should be considered.
